Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all purchases. If you're not happy for any reason, just email us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you in full.
Lifetime Plan ($99)
If you purchase the Shastra lifetime plan and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@dellos.in within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund requests made after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Monthly Plan
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued, but if you contact us within 14 days of your first payment we will refund that payment in full.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@dellos.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address used to sign up and your payment date
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle
